An easy three step method is the foundation for her Mindfulness approach:

  • Step 1 – Relax the body: The practice starts with scanning the body to identify areas of tension and prepare for meditation. Special attention is paid to regulation of the breath and where stress is held in the body and how to release it.

  • Step Two – Calm the mind: Here you will learn simple techniques to manage thoughts and emotions, this calms the mind to improve focus and concentration. You will earn how to calm anxiety and negative, repetitive thoughts.

  • Step Three – Access the creative: This step opens the mind to the creative ‘beyond space and time’ part of the brain. It is here that you are able to access the higher states of consciousness and creativity and peacefulness.
